Until now, geographic information systems (GIS) has helped analyze and manage critical global resources in the outside landscape.  Using similar tools used to measure and analyze the landscape, PenBay’s InVision OnePassâ„  brings the power of traditional GIS to a very untraditional realm: INSIDE THE BUILDING.

With OnePass you get comprehensive information about your built environment:

  • In less time
  • For less money
  • With greater sampling density
  • With minimal disruption to workflow and personnel
  • For less impact on project schedules
Data Collection and Attribution:

OnePass collects hundreds or thousands of data samples in a single pass taken throughout a space, all precisely geo-located to a point on a high-resolution map of your interior space - instead of a single data point taken from “somewhere in the room."

Integration:

This data can be exported to many formats (GIS, CAD, and BIM) to help assemble facility data quickly. Integrating this high resolution data into a GIS allows decision makers to ask precise questions about their facilities, helping them manage space utilization, maintenance, and real property.

Visualization:

The InVision Solution Suite offers a visualization platform of the in-building information captured in OnePass. This platform is an intuitive, web-based graphical user interface that enables access to in-building information data.
