Bill Barron, PenBay CEO, CFO and Director of Sales

Bill Barron, Chief Executive Officer

Bill is Chief Executive Officer of PenBay Solutions focusing on strategy, finance and business development for PenBay Solutions.  Having worked in the banking industry in Hong Kong and London for 24 years, Bill brings strong strategic and financial planning and operations expertise to PenBay’s business model.  Bill is a graduate of Harvard University and a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Stuart Rich, Chief Technology Officer
Stuart is the Chief Technology Officer of PenBay Solutions with more than 15 years experience developing innovative geographic information systems and custom IT applications for government and non-government environmental organizations across the US and Japan. He has several years of extensive geographic information systems experience, with an expertise in ESRI technology, including project management, data analysis and modeling, and workflow methodology design work. Richard Koochagian, PenBay Chief Operating Officer and Director or Technical Services

Richard Koochagian, Chief Operating Officer/Director of Technical Services

Richard is a senior professional services executive and registered architect with more than 20 years of experience directing and developing operations, strategic planning, client services, and business development.  He has extensive knowledge in the operations, growth and management of IT/engineering services organizations.  His responsibilities at PenBay Solutions include senior project management, strategic planning, and providing expertise for enterprise GIS, facilities and space management projects.  Richard has a Bachelor of Architecture from University of Tennessee.

Mark Breton, PenBay Controller

Mark Breton, Controller

As PenBay’s Controller, Mark is responsible for operational financial control and reporting for the company.  He is a results-orientated senior management professional with proven leadership, financial, accounting, analysis and communication skills. Mark has several years of experience in managing an accounting staff, conducting month end consolidations and reporting, financial analysis, and IT systems integration. His direct responsibilities include supervision of the company’s accounting practices, budget preparation, financial reporting, planning and forecasting.  Mark has a B.S. in Business Administration: Management and Finance from Thomas College.

Kate Bellmore, Human Resources Manager

Kate Bellmore is the Human Resources Manager for PenBay Solutions responsible for all recruitment, employee training, benefits, compensation, complaince and employee relations.  While supporting both in-house and remote staff members, she strives to keep all employee offerings both relevant and cost effective.  Kate is an active member of the Midcoast Maine SHRM group, serving as a Board Member in 2010, with experience in staffing coming from her prior position with Manpower.  Kate earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Maine and is currently pursuing an MBA in Human Resource Management from Thomas College. 

 

PenBay Business Development

Michael Hardy, Director/Federal and Practice Manager/Sustainability

Michael helps federal civilian and defense clients explore the application of GIS technology and geospatial business intelligence to their program requirements, and develops new federal clients for PenBay’s GIS Services, Real Property Asset Management, Facilities GIS and Enterprise Resource Planning and Sustainability practice areas. He also provides internal federal contracting support to business line managers and oversees the company's geospatial product sales efforts.  Michael has over 15 years of experience in sales and technology management and is a LEED Green Associate.

 Ken Casazza, PenBay Director of Partnership Development

Ken Casazza, Director/Partnership Development

Ken, Director of Partnership Development, joined PenBay with senior executive experience in sales management, corporate development and product marketing, as well as with extensive  knowledge of government industry.  Prior to PenBay, he was a senior executive with BAE Systems, Sprint Telecommunications and leading edge technology companies in satellite imaging and data storage systems.  Ken  is responsible for establishing key technology and corporate relationships, and overseeing strategic initiatives and business planning activities for PenBay, which is supported by his experience in high-level management and strategic planning.  Ken holds a Bachelor's degree from Illinois State University and a Master’s degree from Indiana University.

Benton Yetman, PenBay Director of Solutions Development

Benton Yetman, Director/Strategic Technology

Benton is the Director of Strategic Technology Initiatives, and has more than 10 years of experience developing geospatial technology solutions for diverse clientele. With a background in GIS and systems architecture, he specializes in business development for the Public Safety arena, serving markets in the US and the Middle East. His extensive knowledge in the design, development, and marketing of disruptive technologies help PenBay bring unique solutions offerings to market. Benton has a Bachelor of Science in Spatial Expression and Analysis from the University of Redlands.

Kevin Davis, PenBay Director of Business Development

Kevin H. Davis, Director/Business Development

Kevin is the Director of Business Development at PenBay with more than 20 years experience in business management within the enterprise technology market and the real estate development and construction industries.  At PenBay, he is leading the effort to bring geographic information systems to the field of facility management.  Kevin is responsible for account and channel management, lead generation and corporate marketing.  He is involved in new market development for products and services related to the application of GIS technology in facilities management in various markets, including health care, higher education, and airports. Kevin also concentrates on partner strategy and relationship management for the IWMS/CAFM market, including application vendors and vertical market services companies.  He has a B.A. in Business Administration from Warren Wilson College.
